I would be very comfortable with a rule saying that any source associated with the PRC cannot post on twitter until twitter in its full form is allowed within the borders of the PRC

can we just let people post anything that isn't illegal under an existing 1A carveout (e.g. child abuse), and then rely on other people calling them out and/or ignoring them if whatever they post is stupid

The BBC is already blocked in Vietnam & it’s annoying to have to use a VPN to read it. (I know... many don’t consider it real state media) But really, it should be more direct. Just kick the CCP and their 50 cent army off the platform if normal citizens aren’t allowed on.
