It is weird to see this level of competence from what is a generally tremendously incompetent city gov. Very strange times but exciting nonetheless

I read a book once (Power of Habit?) about how artificially creating a sense of crises once in a while can make an organization more competent in the long run. Hopefully this has the same effect long term.
