imo young ppl should be tested in every country, regardless of their country's healthcare market, but young people in europe *are* paying large sums of money for a system they are using less than old people, just via taxes

though fwiw i agree collective, top-down action is probably a better approach to managing outlier crises (war, plague etc.) than whatever it is exactly we are doing

yes they are. but taxes are proportionate to income, at least, which makes sense. the disease you catch from a rich person will kill you just as well as the one you get from a working class person, so we all have an interest in keeping both of them healthy
