The US has one of the worst incarceration rates in the world. I'd rather live in the US than Cuba, but this hyperbolic shit makes you look like you don't understand much about the world.

Tbc. The point is that a terrible, shitty, gov still managed to get a lot of basic metrics of quality of better than the US. I'm not even a Bernie fan, but pretending like we were ever a shinning city on a hill is dumb. It is fine to praise Cuba for the things it did well.
