That is usually the point of these bots/gov’t promoted accounts though, isn’t it? But I guess that’s what’s legitimately frightening, the fact that they seem to work so well.
I wonder how much money they make to spew this nonsense. Do they even believe it, it's so absurd?
People do have access to healthcare. That’s what he is pointing out. You can point that out without supporting the Cuban government.
