looks kinda like a water droplet and the movement pattern would be consistent with that being pushed off the camera by force - is there anything that would make that possible?

If the water was exposed to space, I think it would boil away immediately. Only way I could imagine it being water is if camera is internal to station and humidity was high + temp cold. Can't imagine they'd allow electronics to condensate, though.
