Sure...with my limited knowledge of this tech and consequences of blocking 2% of sunlight, wouldn’t it be like a weapon of mass destruction? “Russia is a threat, lets turn the Sun off and see how they like it”
I say if we build it, we control it. And if China or Russia don’t want to pony up, we can just turn it off when they come into the rotation.
