many journalists are getting it right, with solid reporting from the wsj and the nyt. but tech journalists have almost all gotten it wrong bc they’re concerned principally with attacking tech workers; when tech is right about something they’re tribally committed to minimizing it.
That is honestly a given and won't change re tech coverage. We are in the "tear down" phase of tech (previous decade was build up). Journalists do this with every industry. I was more asking about our own reaction to the crisis in the (twitter) tech sphere.
