It’s every American’s civic duty to vote. So sure. It should be federally mandated and a national holiday. Politics affect us all, even if so many of us refuse to acknowledge that fact.
a moral duty is different than a federal mandate, and in america we don't tolerate mandates that violate the first amendment right to speech
