considering a run to become san francisco's district 5 supervisor. focus would be housing (more), public transportation (more), education (choice), and sheltering the homeless. bunch of questions. who understands this city's political machinations?

If in some vague future you become supervisor and can let non-citizens vote in the local election, it would radically change the political outcomes in SF. I think something like %20 of the bay is an immigrant / non-citizen.
