Oh...then you are still wrong;-)... I guess the definition of "affordable" is what matters. I believe that exponentially lowering the cost of housing is an awesome "moonshot" and more important than exponentially lowering the cost of energy (which is also very important:-)

exponentially lowering the cost of energy also dramatically lowers the cost of housing, at least in cities where you're still allowed to build (which is most)
