this city is filled with brilliant, good people who have been demoralized. if we can get them to believe they have a future here, and to start voting, i genuinely believe san francisco can be fixed.

The real problem is that we (tech) are trying to fix SF in the first place. SF was never SV and it seems uber clear that it won't ever accept tech. We are far better off building a truly modern and futuristic city state!
