not talking about cost efficiency, i'm talking about language. you can live in a society that provides everyone housing. but to call it a "human right" negates rights to property, self, and association, and so the concept itself of human rights.
Correct. Housing (shelter), just like food, medical care, water, and air, constitute Necessities. We can allow free market or welfare to provide these, but not Rights. Fundamental Rights include Life (Right to Live), Liberty (Right to Act), and Property (Right to Exclude).
