People making fun of Mayor Pete’s “wine cave” fund raiser are silly. Just go search for Obama or Clinton or Bush fundraisers and you’ll see spectacular looking dinners too. They don’t decide the decor - they just show up.

The Hall vineyard is not an exclusive venue either. Anyone can just walk in without an appointment. It’s right at the top of one of Northern California’s most important agricultural regions. Visiting vineyards supports farmers and farm workers instead of just talking about it.
