I did it Wednesday and it took me the same amount of time as ever, and that was in pouring rain
it took you the same amount of time to navigate the airport, walk to the stop, wait ten minutes for a packed shuttle, and take the shuttle to a new location than it did to... walk outside and grab a cab? or walk upstairs to the SFO ride share stop?

yes. I always fly Southwest and the rideshare area is right outside that terminal, so for me it was walking an extra 200 yards. actually came out ahead somewhat bc I didn't have to wait for a car once I got there
