You wake up in the amusement park. You ride the rides under supervision. Then you indulge in thrilling rides. Then you learn to operate the rides. Then you grind out time giving rides to everyone else. When the thought of rides makes you want to throw up, it’s time to go.

The tweet is metaphor for life. 'Rides' is a metaphor for the various experiences of life. 'Time to go' is about leaving the physical manifestation to go and reside in Nothingness. 'Going' implies changing attention from outwards to inwards. This is what I sensed from the tweet.
