I'd agree with you if we lived in the 19th century because natural law is a cool bulwark for societal norm erosion but by now enough positivists have votes and guns that none of that matters anymore

at the bottom, there is no freedom of association to an extent. If theres a job and someones paying, you take the job because otherwise you starve. You're only ever as free as your least free participant.
