I don’t think anything is morally wrong with it, but I do think a CEO who breaks international, federal, and state law on the regular is a huge risk. The company is bound to attract functional and non-functional addicts. Related: guessing the health insurance costs would be high.

the shit that goes on in non-venture backed, profitable, and old private cos is truly much wilder. there's a whole sector of the economy where this is the lived reality. 90%+ margins and no one to report to.
