It’s not. After JUUL conceded, the Yes Campaign folded, and 75% margins are typical of campaigns with no opposition, especially if they don’t impose new taxes. Other ballot measures with no opposition had similar results
it wasn’t an unopposed candidate running for election, it was a ballot initiative. we can all read.
