Prop C was deeply deeply flawed. Passing a worse law than what the board did doesn’t seem like a solution to me, but calling its loss voter fraud? Maybe you’re joking, don’t know your internet tone well, but if not, that’s an irresponsible take

So the Occam's Razor explanation here is that there was a mass effort by someone (who? why?) to target just prop C and not any of the other measures or races on the ballot?
