Ok, I’ll give you a serious answer too. I think the NAP argument is a good one. You’re having a minority force terrible air and smelling clothes and negative health consequences on everyone else.
no one is forced to enter a bar, and no bar was ever forced to let folks smoke inside. many owners chose to ban smoking themselves, which is of course perfectly reasonable.

Having spent time in Vienna I have to say that didn’t work too well. I value smoke-Gree venues more than the principle.

No one is forced to enter a workplace and yet we have child labor laws and other workplace protections for good reason. How about no one should have to inhale carcinogens at work instead?
