1. what does “social good” have to do with streamlining process 2. how are they streamlining anything on 250k 3. let’s have a look at that list of “experts” 
the point is not that “social good” is ~ bad ~ or even bad for business. the point is it’s a nebulous term, purposefully used FOR — not despite — it’s ambiguity. the city’s obvious goal here is to stop new technology companies from forming.
