hey, thanks for listening! VCs are mostly not thinking about it yet, and biologists fall into a few camps - some hacking smaller projects together on their own, some focused on gene discovery, some focused on tools etc.

I wonder if it could come quicker than we think - after all, AirBnB got intense backlash at first, and they are prepping for a 2020 IPO. Could the first commercial genetic engineering company be prepping in the year 2029? Thanks for the response, I’m going to look for companies
