“free college for everyone” is a scam. kids go to college to 1) get drunk, and 2) have sex. technology can improve both of these things for a fraction of the cost. but while we’re on the topic of actual education: if it isn’t an adaptive learning AI gtfo of my timeline.

i shouldn’t have to drop the mic. there should be a global network of displays and feeds that free us from portable hardware by now. and if we ever decide to learn something about the human mind we might even have a shot at interfacing with machines directly.

Actually, we need to innovate to REMOVE that giant plastic waste Great Pacific Garbage Patch, and perhaps recycle some or all of the plastic. Wouldn't mind some nice sea platform cities, though.
