yes this would be a good example of an idiotic story lacking in nuance being recast for clicks as having nuance. would agree with jeff that this is very dumb and bad.
that having been said if half the country legit experienced weather differently than the other half... that, at least, feels like a story worth telling?

Perhaps. Maybe only because it'd be so crazy, at least if that happened among people in the same city. But even then, I'd rather wait a few months to make sure it's a real phenomenon. and also verify the disagreement is being made in good faith.
