you’d be surprised how many people I’ve heard say that we can’t eradicate mosquitoes, because we need them to keep population growth in check in Africa. The anti growth movement is literally about death.
this comes up constantly in aging discussions — “people must die so others can live.” disturbing.

if we were all young and healthy boomers would happily hand control of the world to their children - such laziness and total lack of responsibility is perfectly in line with the historical record. they just want to get stoned in the park. i’m fine with that!

actually, that was chicken shit of me since this is a sharing platform and all. I've been caring for a 90+ yr. old for over 3 years which has challenged me greatly to understand God's purpose for this life stage. Callous as that may sound.
