His suggestion is no different than a company measuring employee satisfaction and turnover or customer engagement. As a VC, I am sure you understand that multiple metrics can impact on company (or country) profitability.

Good point. But he used the term "instead of GDP and capital efficiency" Which is like a founder saying "instead of profit and growth let's measure what employees eat and their dark psychic energy levels". He wants a "new econ vision" as opposed to a better way to measure old one
