it's absolutely available to people "without means." not only is it covered by most insurance, including medicare, gilead gives it away *for free* to people who can't afford it.

there is absolutely nothing homophobic about discussing the risks of unprotected sex - you can’t just throw these words around. homophobia has a real, and horrific history. please educate yourself.
