the problem is the ambiguity of “low-level incitement.” soft incitement. indirect incitement. i think probably almost everyone on twitter could be accused with this. should celebrities and political pundits just not tweet? or not at each other? this quickly becomes crazy imo
This is like more than a year of videos about specifically about him personally, making fun of his identity, ethnicity and sexuality, with followers doxxing his personal phone number and sending him death threats.
again, i refuse to hold him accountable for illegal things other people have done so long as he hasn’t explicitly incited that behavior. to the rest, there’s nothing crowder has said that warrants erasing him from social, which is explicitly what maza is asking for.
