Yes, but the fact that a video appears online isnt necessarily a violation or a crime. Whomever owns the copyright (recorded it) can publish it if they want. It's no different than taking a photo. The photographer owns the rights. Granted it was legal

I guess it's just the phrase "revenge porn" that I'm hung up on. Never mind :) . It's one of those concepts that I'm not sure how it's a problem unless its blackmail/extortion
