internet is obviously not localized. impact of penicillin on bacterial infection has not been localized, and HIV meds may not be either. world is better with all three.

HIV meds both prevent the acquisition of HIV (PrEP) & the transmission of HIV (TasP). While the meds stay in a single body the effect is global. HIV meds have significantly altered the epidemic in human terms & the overall global viral load. I still want to be a GMO though.
