      Well no since much of China success was specifically due to US policey i.e. Nixon. That's also just one country that the US helped loans, Grant's, tech transfer, and dont forget agriculture technology and modified rice and wheat that solved alot of their food issues

      But even ignoring all of that and all counting Chinas help of 100s of millions the US has helped literally billions simply by making certain technologies free like Borlaugs grain technology which he essentially gave to the world but the US government could have claimed his

      Patents and not supported his work. By supporting his work many estimates suggest he saved between 1 to 2 billion lives during the 20th century and started the "Green Revolution" which didnt just save lives but directly grew world wide economies by trillions

      Hmmm.. I dont have a favorite source. I mean Norman Borlaug is relatively well known and documented and you can find a lot of good sources via Google. Let me try to remember but if I recall correctly their is a government site just devoted to US sharing of agriculture tech.
