yeah, i saw that. but he didn’t self-identify as a conservative. he’s speaking to his ideological opponents here. this is just rhetoric. i try to measure these people by their policies.
I think we need to open our minds to thinking innovatively about what mode of production works best for most people. It’s unwise for founders to either a) presuppose a solution to b) assume the current default will forever be best. So critiques of capitalism are very pro-America
