Anger is always a stand-in for something else - fear, fear of humiliation, sensing injustice, impatience, an attempt to intimidate someone else for some gain, etc. Hard for me to look at it as "anger" usually.....

i do think it just happens, sometimes. i get angry! but i’ve been trying to remember my anger, and what i do with it, is my responsibility alone.
