VC Twitter : Is there a timeline on when early stage investors stop losing influence on cos? For instance, does the role of pre-seed & seed investors start getting displaced by Series A/B investors? Is this more likely to happen? Do cos "graduate" out of a portfolio?
later stage companies aren't looking for advice, they're looking for money. imo vc influence accordingly diminishes — not bc later stage vcs are more influential, but bc the founders are less impressionable
