There are equivalent messes from the right, and you know it. Profit motive is shitting the bed as if it improved year over year sales. There is an asshole problem and it is brewing a bureaucrat problem. This is what happens.

Sure. The merits of socialism and the horrors of capitalism should be invoked every day too. Then we can figure out a good system, which obviously has features of each. This is an argument about the proportions.

If it’s war it’s trench warfare. A matter of yards. The zealots on the right haven’t been able to eliminate Social Security or the Dept of Ed when they’ve been in power. You can worry about a correction to the left but worrying about pure socialism here is silly and ahistorical.
