Do you have any thoughts on when antitrust should be used? She may not, but what's a good paradigm?

I'm truly amazed by how politicians on the left have come to power with such childlike understanding of the world and economics. I'm wondering if they were to see Penn&Teller if they'd accuse them of socery.
