So you want the IRS to release tax software? Using turbotax is already had many people file. Not sure how that could be any more direct without the IRS becoming a software developer or hiring some which would be redundant since turbotax exists.
yes, that is my stated point. we should not need to pay money to a company to make the government more user friendly, the government can and should just be user friendly — what is confusing here?
