If you want a horrifically unbalanced tax structure to penalize the wealthy & protect the poor, why not just scrap income tax for anyone earning under $100k (keep other rates as is) & slash the defence budget in half to make up the shortfall? Could be much more useful to workers.
Lunacy Now has no policies, preferring to focus on the level of the individual. But scrapping income tax below 100k & slashing defence to balance the budget would we think be the massive adrenalin shot the American Economy needs. It would be like a 20% raise for EVERYONE.
