I did not like John Galt’s speech at the end of the book at all.

. also you’re totally right, Galt’s speech is the weakest part of the book imo. It’s almost as if she had a moment of insecurity and felt the need to superfluously drill her point home, which she had made subtly and wonderfully throughout!
i think galt’s speech was sort of erotic for her. not sure what to do with that really, but there you have it.

I think it fits in with what we’re saying. It wasn’t necessarily supposed to fit into the plot, like many of the speeches in the book. It’s just there if it speaks to you
