Is Twitter just filled with a bunch of fake anonymous accounts on all sides of the political spectrum? I think they could stop alot of hate by giving anyone who verifies their identity a Blue check or something. Then everyone would just ignore the NPCs and Russian bots.
NPCs and bots are a small price to pay for the safety of anonymity in a world increasingly hostile to wrong think - IMO!

They could still allow anonymous accounts. I take someone's opinion alot more seriously if they will put their reputation behind it. We all do.

Twitter should charge $10-20 a year to have a blue checkmark and allow people to mass toggle fly-by plebians. If you find a free user you like, you can white list them. If you want to help them get blue check you can $Cashtag them. Dorsey's companies become one.
