Clearly you have zero understanding of how the housing market works, especially in relation to corporate taxation. The only real estate prices that could suffer would be the price of an office lease. (15+ years experience in commercial real estate sales and analysis here)

Lol he's saying that rent subsidies will allow poor people to live in market rate housing which rightfully should go to wealthier people b/c supply and demand... He'd rather poor people be displaced or left on the streets so as not to interfere with the "free" real estate market
