@Uber_Support used to be awesome but now it's in the toilet. I requested a ride from Williamsburg to LGA ($30). driver drove 45 extra minutes to Levittown Long Island and app charged $90. Now they're telling me the charge is correct because I chose Terminal B but rode to D

my sense is their policy is to say no to everyone’s first request. a lot of the time you just have to respond again with screenshots of maps and times and shit, even if not relevant.

they asked me for what time I got out, I said 7:20ish, their receipt says 8:17 and they did nothing about the obvious discrepancy!
