“presumed innocence” is not a radical concept - it is an enlightened, time-tested, essential component of freedom. and you’re not a bad person for defending it right now, you’re the last thing standing between functioning, civil society and chaos.
what’s interesting to me is no one, including his detractors, seems to want that.
