you aren't concerned, as a journalist, that three massive corporations have been granted cultural authority to police speech outside the bounds of liberalism, via the constitution? you guys criticize these companies constantly. why so quick to grant them further power?
assuming you are talking about private ownership (i can't read minds, and your comment here is ambiguous), they aren't different. these companies completely control the way we interact online. they effectively are the city.
