And the fun begins. Using my tried and proven technique of instantiating UARTs on all IOs. Each UART sends it's number out it got in the generate block. Just probing now on the pins and the oscope serial decoder spits out the corresponding pin number 😎

Just received the LED controller modules. I was right in my assumptions, yay! a ECP5 45kLE and 64mbit 32bit wide SDR on the i9 module . The i6 is a bit of letdown for me, ECP3 based, but if someone targets ECP3 this could be a nice module as well. I will start RE on the weekend😎

Driven by the "LED controller as general purpose FPGA board" craze, I got some of these Modules incoming. Let's see what hides under the heatsink when they arrive 😀 I bet on ECP5

Yay! Success GW2AR-18QFN88 on a breakout board. Bodged up 1.0V Core Voltage LDO, using an WCH CH554 MCU as JTAG and the GOWIN Programmer identifies the FPGA over JTAG. What next? Single Chip Amiga ?😎
