@michellemalkin hi Michelle I have question about the Holtzclaw case, why hasn't the judge been referred to the displinary board for a breach of ethics with his handling of the evidences? It lacks due process and clearly unethical.

thank you again, I think if the issue is raised against the Judge err in his conclusion and showed partiality the judicial board would have to rescind his views on the case as this would not only affect him but the profession and the trust they are meant to have and maintain.

disbarred and dealt with by the board. I have spoken to a Supreme Court Judge who resides in Australia and they are shocked and disgusted in how the case was handled. From his point of view the judge has been unethical and as he is coming across partial and be referred.
