Valentino Dixon has spent 26 years behind bars for a crime someone else has confessed to. So nice to see Marty Tankleff paying it forward (with high school classmate & Georgetown Prof Marc Howard) and to see @michellemalkin digging deeper into wrongful convictions.

Has Malkin read the federal court documents all the way through, all of them?

Oh, and how tall IS Dixon? Prisons have tape measures, you know, but for some reason that has never been done.

And is the current 440 motion online for the public to read? You know, so folks can judge for themselves how valid the argument is? Why not post the 440?

Or did Malkin EVER look at the statement Scott made to the media? It's on video. Even the reporter Wanda Stark was having a difficult time believing him. And of course anyone can judge for themselves looking at the video. Or would that be too uncomfortable?

Except Malkin did NOT dig very deep, apparently, because her column contains factual errors which indicate a weak grasp of the case. How does Malkin explain the entirely plausible and coherent testimony by SCOTT under oath that Dixon was the murderer?
