The loosest gun regulations in the world and the only nation where this happens.

And we're spitting distance from West Virginia, which has very lax gun control laws. You see how that works?

Yes, you have once again correctly identified the obvious fact that even the strictest American gun laws are insufficient to the problem. They need to be much stricter, everywhere, of course.
-
also, we have open borders between states, which renders local gun laws nearly meaningless. It's a federal problem.

Can’t believe we go through this every time, the only one responsible is the one doing the shooting, just wish someone would shoot back
-
Maryland's gun laws worked as advertised. It prevented anyone from shooting back.

Chicago gets all of its guns from Indiana. You know better.
-
So Indiana must have high gun crime, right?
-
What an illogical question. We're talking about the fact that state laws mean jack crap when surrounding states have relaxed gun laws. There's a reason NYC's gun crime is so low--surrounding states also have strong gun laws.
-
But if guns are the problem, shouldn't Indiana have a high gun crime rate?
-
When Indiana's gun crime rate is higher than Chicago's, get back to me.
-
Gun crime rate of Gary, Indiana is higher than Chicago's you absolute dolt.

gun laws in Virginia, you know, the state next door...pic.twitter.com/k8EAFYWYWA

To buy a gun legally you have to show ID. If you're ID says you live in a state with strict guns laws, those laws must be followed. Not the state you are in. You know nothing about purchasing firearms and are talking out of your ass.
-
You still can't buy a gun that is banned in your state of residence. And you still have to do an FFL transfer. And this guy used a shotgun. There is not one state that bans standard shotguns. None of those laws would have stopped that purchase.
-
Because we let 16 year olds walk into Walmarts and come out with shotguns. Insanity.

Don't forget that any guns made before 1986 are exempt from that, so it's completely legal to have a full auto made before 1986, even in Maryland
-
Taking away guns is not the answer. Do honestly believe that the people who want to commit these crimes will not find a way to acquire a gun. Get real
-
I agree with you why did you include me in this shit?
