An antifragile system is one that when you apply stress to it, it grows stronger Clean language applied to teams helps them create the conditions for antifragility

Ch1 of 's Dynamics in Action. Why Action Theory rest on a Mistake. It's an odd mix of Aristotle & Newton claiming - Nothing acts on or moves itself - Every interaction is a force on a point of mass - Context and Environment don't matter - Time can be + & -

The kids got Fitbits for Christmas and have been wearing them competing for the most steps in day. Metric based sibling competition. They've started waving their arms around when they stand up and other odd stuff. They don't even need to be shown how to game the metrics.

Reading Dynamics in Action by Alicia , really interested in Richard Boyds " theory-constructive metaphor" as related to Complex Adaptive Systems. not helping here, it's a dense book.

Got my first Ackoff book, ⁦⁩ and ⁦⁩ quote him a bit, but I’ve only seen him on the internets. I’m interested in the books that replaced Ackoff. They must be amazing!
